Recovery Court

The 18^th Judicial District Recovery Court (“RC”) serves offenders who are struggling on probation and are substance dependent. The RC is a probation revocation model, accepting referrals from probation officers and defense counsel. The Recovery Court is a collaborative problem solving approach, with the goal of reducing recidivism of offenders with substance dependence in the criminal justice system, while promoting public safety, ensuring participant accountability,  while supporting recovery and improving the quality of life for participants and their families with a cost effective, integrated continuum of care through community resources.
