The Douglas Elbert Bar Association is cordially invited to the swearing-in ceremony for Shelby L. Fyles, newly appointed District Court Judge in the 23rd Judicial District. The ceremony will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in Division 1, at the Douglas County Justice Center. The Honorable Ryan J. Stuart, Chief Judge, will preside, and will also administer the oath of office to Judge Fyles.
